Noise-free exhaust ventilation
Modern exhaust ventilation on the basis of centrifugal pump makes an equivalent noise of jet aircraft, so I suggest small speed exhaust ventilation for rooms where you need silence while the high concentration of workers or visitors (theaters, academic institutions, etc.).
The pump consists of: 1) body 2) restrictive ring 3) hinge 4) joint blade 5) rigid ring on the axle 6) axis in the center of rotation.
That’s how it works:
Figure – shows a sample pump for gas, air. In the main body 1 is placed the rotor which is composed of rigidly fixed on the ring 5. To that ring jointly attached six hinged (or folding) blades 4. The second end of the blade attached to the joint restrictive ring 2. The restrictive ring 2 constructively removed from the center of the pipe to the side, as shown in the cut. As the rotor rotates counter-clockwise, the pump creates an air flow in the direction of the arrow.
The pump consumes energy in many times less than the centrifugal pump and with the sound ten times less.
